Caseable Kindle Cover Review

As you probably all already know I'm big into reading. I like nothing more than sitting down with a book and a cup of hot chocolate. How original I know but so true, I'd pick it over going out on a night out anyday. I got a Kindle for my birthday present last year from my parents, I must admit don't use it all the time. I still prefer reading a physical book, I don't think any electronical device will tear me away from buying one. I do love the Kindle for travelling and of course for throwing in my bag on a daily basis instead of carrying around a big heavy book with me. Like everyone I think it's amazing how you can order a book from Amazon straight to your device with a click of a mouse.
When Caseables contacted me to ask would I like to review one of their covers I wasn't too sure. after reading up on the company and checking out their website I took them up on their offer. Having the biggest selection of sleeves for electronic devices e.g Iphones, Ipads, that I've ever seen, I didn't know what to choose at first. I don't have a tablet or smart phone I decided to go for a Kindle case  All their products are handcrafted and are made using recycled material. The sleeves are also made to order so when you buy your selected cover it is immediately put in production which means it won't be sitting around a warehouse gathering dust

A Caseable Kindle cover would make a really nice gift, I know when I first got my Kindle my Mum and Dad had already bought me one. I guess they already know how clumsy I am but in seriousness I wouldn't bring my Kindle out without one. When I throw it into my bag I want to know that its safe and not going to be scratched when I use it. For me €39.90 is expensive for a Kindle cover but I do like how you can personalise your own customised cover with a nice inscription which is a nice touch, especially if your planning on giving one to a special friend or family member. I went for one of the designs from their artist collections, I was studying for my exams when they contacted me so I didn't have enough time on my hands to customise my own. The design I chose is It Is In The Water by Bianca Green, I love the cover I chose as it's eye-catching and certainly stands out. The only thing I'm worried about is that the cover itself will get dirty as the fabric is quite soft so I'm doubtful you'll be able to wipe it clean. There's alot of amazing art work to choose from on their website so it's definitely worth checking out.
I'll be bringing my Kindle with me to London next week, instead of lugging aload of books along with me. Would love to hear your favourite holiday reads? I'll be ordering some books from Amazon during the week so I'd love to hear your recommendations. I also like how there is a pocket in the cover which will be perfect for my travel cards and important bits and pieces.

What do you think of Caseable covers? Do you think it's a good idea?

  3. I love my kindle, its not the same as a traditional paper book but I think the real importance is the reading itself. I love having hundreds of books just sitting in my bag :) I will definitely check out the site for a cover! xx

    1. I couldn't agree with you more. I just like how it's practical to carry it around to instead of bringing a book as you can store so many titles on it. I'm currently reading one of Sophie Kinsella's books and I love it!! Oh they have so many different designs to choose from and you can customise your own too which I think is amazing xx
