The Lo Down - Nimue Face Masks

Hey Guys and Dolls,

I've done quite a few reviews on Nimue products in the past, they are by far my favourite skincare brand out there at the moment. I was recently sent two of their face masks to try from the brand so I'd thought I'd share my thoughts with you guys. I definitely don't use face masks enough and I should as my skin hasn't been in the best condition lately, it's soo dry. These products have been a lifesaver and have left my skin looking alot better thankfully.
The two masks I was sent are the Anti Ageing Leave On Mask and the Super Hydrating Mask. I've been using them both lately as I am getting to that age where I have to start using anti ageing products, I knew this day would come.

So I've been using the Super Hydrating Mask alot and it's amazing! I don't know where I'd be without it. This mask leaves my skin looking so hydrated and smooth just what it says on the tube which is what I needed. The Anti Ageing mask is a leave on mask so I put this on before I go to bed and cleanse my face as usual in the morning. This mask does not have a scent so it would be perfect for people who don't like scented products. The Super Hydrating Mask does have a light scent but it is really nice. I've recently heard about multi masking so I want to try that out soon. It's basically where you use multiple masks on your face in targeted area. I'm definitely going to give it a try soon.

The Nimue face mask retail for €36.25 for the Anti Ageing Leave On Mask, this mask actually won a Image Magazine Award recently which it thoroughly deserves and €23.95 for the Super Hydrating Mask. I f you want to give your skin that extra bit of TLC definitely check these two beautiful products out.

The Lo Down - Nimue Tinted Sun C SPF 40

Hey Guys and Dolls,

I know it's a bit early to be talking about suncare as we're only in February but that pesky Sun is still lurking behind the clouds. I do tend to get sunburned at times so I choose to use a high factor sunscreen.
Nimue Skincare has been one of my favourite skincare brands for the last while, when I discovered that they had a sunscreen with a SPF 40, I had to try it out. Plus it's tinted which makes it even better.

I've tried this alot over the past week or so, applying it before my makeup and moisturiser. It's easy to apply and a little goes a long way. It doesn't have a lot of colour to it but it does give a nice glow, it looks great under my foundation.

For €39.50, I don't think this price is too bad at all. I feel you always need a good suncreen as looking after your skin from the Sun is very important. I know when I'm older I don't want to suffer from sun damaged skin so I know this product will help prevent that.

The Lo Down - Nimue Skincare Starter Kit

Hey Guys and Dolls,

I've done a couple of posts recently on Nimue Skincare which shows that I'm a big fan of the brand. If you are new to the brand and haven't tried anything from the brand I feel a good way to start is to try their Starter Kit. They are four options to choose from depending on your skin type.
The kit itself contains six decent sized products from the range including the conditioner I love. I seriously can't be without this stuff I'm glad I have a little mini travel size now too. It also contains their SPF in the set. I like to apply this underneath my makeup to protect my skin from the harmful Sun's rays.

I think this Starter Kit would be great for travelling as all the products are the perfect size for your travel makeup bag. It's also good if you want to try the products before you splash the cash on the full sized products.

For €70, I think this set is great value for money so definitely worth checking out for sure.

The Lo Down - More Lovely Products from Nimue Skincare

Hey Guys and Dolls,

If you haven't seen my previous post on Nimue skincare which focused on my faves the Skin Regulator and Moisturiser Lite you can check it out here. I recently got the chance to try some more products from the skincare brand I love so I jumped at the opportunity.
I got sent three products, the Cleansing Gel Lite, the Conditioner Lite and their eye makeup remover. They all look great, just look at that futuristic packaging. It's totally different to any brand I've seen before.

The Cleanser (€43.65) is a light gel which is perfect to use day or night. As well as being a great cleanser it is great for a second cleanse for removing remnants of makeup that may have been left behind after the first. It's such a nice product, it's gentle on the skin and leaves your skin looking fresh and clean, just what you want from a cleanser.

The Conditioner (€43.65) is my favourite product. After a light spritz it leaves the skin feeling and looking fresh and on top of its game. I use this alot throughout the day whenever my skin is feeling dry and needs a pick me up.

Refills can be both for each of the products above which I think is such a good idea and they work out at €37.10 which is a good saving too you can't really go wrong. I don't think you'd need to repurchase a refill for a while as both products are pretty big to be honest.

Lastly is the eye makeup remover. It's a cream that I apply to the eyelids with a damp cotton pad. It quickly melts into the skin getting rid of all my eye makeup. This product is scentless so it doesn't have an annoying scent that would drive you mad. It doesn't sting the eyes either which is really good too. This is definitely one of the better cream eye makeup removers I've tried since I started blogging and that's saying something cause I've tried a few in my time as a blogger.

These products are huge for the price and as I said earlier they sure will last for an age. I love being introduced to new skincare brands like Nimue as they quickly become my favourites.

The Lo Down - Nimue Skin Regulator and Moisturiser Lite

Hey Guys and Dolls,

I love skincare! I like giving my skin much needed nutrients on a daily basis. There's no point forking out mega bucks on expensive makeup when your base isn't in tip top condition. I've tried different skincare over the years but now I've realised how important it is to stick to the one brand. There's some brands I love like Bioderma,Kiehl's,Simple and Charlotte Tilbury to name a few but there's also brands I can't put near my face like Clinique and Estee Lauder. The latter made my eyes swell up really badly leaving my skin feeling terrible and I vowed to never put my face through that ever again.
Over the last few months I've been trying a couple of products from a brand called Nimue which I'm going to do a couple of different posts on. I've tried the Normal skin set which I actually can't find online but it contains some lovely mini sized products that are perfect for travelling and I've also found some new favourites. I myself have Interactive skin which is skin that shows sign of hypersensitivity, irritation and redness at times. So the ingredients in these products help combat that.
The two products that I have been liking alot lately and that I have noticed have been doing wonders with my skin are the skin regulator and moisturiser lite. You use the products in that order and I just feel that the skin regulator is a nice extra step in my skin care routine after my toner. It's basically a oil free serum like product that restores health to your skin.
The moisturiser lite improve skin texture and aids hydration. It's such a neat little product and can be used day or night. I find it's super light and moisturising on my skin which is just what I need in this cold weather. It's such a nice little pampering session for your skin. I'm pretty sure 15ml is the full size for the regulator while you can purchase a tub of moisturise lite which I'm sure I'm going to purchase after I finish this 50ml tube. I'm sure they'll both last for a while cause I use them bought sparingly. The scent of these products aren't offensive either I'd almost call them totally scentless. I think the moisturise lite is also a great base for foundation as it leaves your skin really soft. I also like how the packaging is simple so it sort of lets the product itself do the talking.

I think this brand is great as you can customise the products to suit your skin type be it problematic or hyper pigmented. It's definitely worth having a look at it in my opinion. A local beauticians closed to me called Pink Beauty Boutique stock a wide range of products if your interested in going down on when you have free time to have a look.

What is your favorite skincare range on the market?
